Urban contraction in Liaoning Province

With the development of social economy, current changes in flow people three eastern provinces and cities show trend GDP reduction population loss, which can be called urban contraction. Based on 30 Liaoning Province, this paper discriminates types development, further classifies shrinking cities, explores factors that affect their degree, summarizes different puts forward corresponding improvement strategies, finally forecasts future evolution these cities.
